dMannosa is a nutritional supplement for the health of the urinary system with D-mannose and cranberry extract, ingredients that synergistically help maintain the health of the urinary system.

Mannose is a simple carbohydrate found in fruit and it is also produced by the human body, but in small quantities. It is absorbed in less than 30 minutes in the peripheral organs and then passes through the urinary system and is excreted. Mannose has been found to have a protective effect on the urinary tract against infections and chronic inflammation (urinary tract infection, cystitis) from coliforms, such as E. Coli. E. Coli is the leading cause of about 90% of urinary tract infections. Mannose does not kill coliform bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. It helps in their normal removal and prevents the creation of local inflammation while at the same time reducing unpleasant symptoms.

Instructions of use

• Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of water.
• The sachets should be consumed during the day.
• It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, to facilitate urination.”
